I basically paid $9,000 to write this review — so it might be worth a minute of your time. In November 2025, I paid Wholistic Dental Center in Winter Garden $9,000 upfront after Dr. Wardlaw reviewed my sleep studies and confirmed my sleep apnea was serious. I was told the office would contact me within 30 days after my initial evaluation with next steps. I never received any kind of appliance status update from them. Over the next 60+ days, I reached out repeatedly by phone and email. The only communication I received was the receipt for my $9,000 payment. No treatment updates. No status re: my appliance. No response. When Dr. Wardlaw finally returned my calls 60 days later in January, she informed me that new measurements would need to be taken before anything could proceed — citing staff issues and lab problems. At that point, I'd lost confidence in the practice and requested a refund, I told her I was willing to forfeit $1,000–$1,500 to pay her for the initial visit. That request was denied. It's now 5 months later and there have been a few rounds of discussion but the bottom line is Dr. Wardlaw insists I signed a treatment plan and therefore she is entitled to the full $9,0

A friend introduced me to Dr. Wendi’s practice as she had been a patient for many years and had glowing reports each time she had a Dental Appointment. As soon as I could, I called and made an appointment. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by the Staff and the wait to see the Dentist was the shortest that I’d ever encountered. Upon entering the Room for treatment, Dr. Wendi’s kind face and words were a balm. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process which immediately put me at ease. True to her word, the process was pain free and seamless. I am thankful for the care and compassion that continues to be shown. I highly recommend Wholistic Dental for your oral care.

As a long time patient of Dr. Wendi, I find her and her staff welcoming and knowledgeable. I suffer from anxiety and Dr. Wendi is patient and comforting. The office staff work together as a family which creates a friendly and comfortable environment. Additionally, Dr. Wendi's knowledge extends beyond dental care and I am extremely grateful for the care she gives me. She's an outstanding dentist!

Dr. Wendi is the most amazing dentist I have ever visited. Going to the dentist used to be so worrying and anxiety provoking until I met Dr. Wendi. First, she does not do painful dentistry. I am a baby when it comes to pain and I will say any intervention has never been painful. Also, she is very knowledgeable and stays up to date with new technology and treatments. Finally, she is so caring, compassionate and calming. Best dentist ever! I highly recommend!
